Improve Communication Efficiency & Develop Leaders

Toastmasters will help you to understand what works, and what doesn’t in terms of communication. It’ll show you how you can get your point across in a shorter amount of time, so you can swap long, tiring meetings with shorter and more productive ones.

Toastmasters provide many opportunities for members to take up leadership roles, such as organizing meetings or events, motivating each other to achieve goals, and to learn how to provide encouraging and constructive feedback.

Scenario-based Learning

Toastmasters members follow an education program called Pathways. It provides a customized learning experience, tailored to each member’s specific goals and needs, be it personal or professional.

Members have 11 specialized learning paths to choose from, and the opportunity to build up to 300 unique competencies, such as technical presentation, negotiation, communication through media, etc.

Safe Space to Communicate Ideas

Companies can have a chance to know their employees better as Toastmasters provides a platform for employees to voice their ideas and their feelings.

Employees participating in Toastmasters activities can form a stronger bond with one another by working towards a common goal in a supportive environment.

Yes! It is okay to not be good at English, but there is always room for improvement. If your English is average, Toastmasters will help you to improve your fluency. There is also a Grammarian in the Club who will offer suggestions at each meeting. Though Toastmasters focuses on communication and leadership skills, it is one of the best avenues to improve your English too. You will receive a good evaluation and it is very likely, that you meet people who are willing to help you with language.

In addition to the supportive learning environment in the club, there is a structured education program called Pathways.

What is the Pathways learning experience?
Pathways is Toastmasters’ exciting, interactive, and flexible education program open_in_new. It focuses on five core competencies: Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Strategic Leadership, Management, and Confidence. With 11 paths to choose from (and more in development), you have the option to pick which skills you want to focus on.
