Q2. Who can attend the conference?
A2. The conference is open to all Toastmasters members, guests, and the public who are interested in public speaking, leadership, and networking.
Q3. How do I register for the conference?
A3. You can register online through our official website. Just click the 'Get Tickets' button and follow the steps to complete payment.
Q4. What does the "Early Bird Ticket" price include?
A4. The Early Bird package (RM408, first 100 pax) gives full access to the conference, including:
- Welcome Night Dinner (Bohemian Theme by the Sea)
- Gala Night Dinner (Masquerade Ball)
- 2 Buffet Lunches
- 3 Tea Breaks
- 2x Contest Entries (Humorous Speech & International Speech).
Q5. What payment methods are accepted?
A5. We accept FPX Online Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, eWallet (TouchnGo, GrabPay, Spay, etc.) and DuitNow QR.
Q6. Is accommodation included in the ticket price?
A6. Accommodation is not included in the "Early Bird Ticket". However, tickets with accommodations will be available on a later date.
Q7. Will there be contests during the conference?
A7. Yes! The conference will host Humorous Speech, International Speech, Evaluation and Table Topics Contests, featuring the best speakers from District 102. Come witness the making of a champion!

Q11. Can I bring family or non-Toastmasters guests?
A11. Yes, guests are welcome to attend. Additional tickets may be required for certain events (e.g., Gala Dinner).
Q12. Are meals included for all participants?
A12. Yes, meals as listed in the ticket package are included. Additional meals or beverages are at participants’ own cost.
Q13. Is transport to the venue provided?
A13. Participants are responsible for their own transport. Shuttle service details (if any) will be announced closer to the event.
Q14. Are refunds available if I cannot attend?
A14. Tickets are non-refundable. They are however transferable, although some penalties will be incurred. Further information on transfer of tickets will be announced on a later date.
Q15. Will there be networking opportunities?
A15. Yes, participants can join networking sessions, social events, and connect with Toastmasters from across regions.
Q16. Will certificates be provided?
A16. TBA.
Q17. Can I register on-site?
A17. All participants are required to buy a ticket and register before the conference date. On-site registrations are limited to availability and are not encouraged. A cut-off date for registrations and payments will be announced on a later date.
Q18. Is there an Early Bird deadline?
A18. Yes, the Early Bird rate applies only to the first 100 registrants or before the 1st of November 2025, whichever comes first. After that, regular rates apply.
Q19. Will photos and videos be taken?
A19. Yes, the event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
Q20. How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor?

Q21. Will there be an option for installment payments for the tickets?
A21. Yes there is, but not for "Early Bird Tickets". Installments will only be available for regular tickets and the payment method for installments will be announced on a later date.
