Imagine the impact you could make by helping a new Toastmasters club come to life or guiding it through its crucial early months.  As a Club Sponsor or Mentor, you are not just volunteering—you are shaping the future, building leaders, and leaving a legacy.

🔹 Club Sponsors are the trailblazers. You will be the driving force behind launching a new club, helping with:

  • Hosting dynamic demo meetings
  • Navigating the club chartering form process

Your energy and initiative will lay the foundation for a thriving community of communicators and leaders.

🔸 Club Mentors on the other hand, are the steady hands and wise guides.  After a club has been chartered,  you will:

  • Coach members in their roles and responsibilities
  • Help them navigate the Pathways learning experience
  • Guide them in finding external role players for their future meetings
  • Foster a culture of excellence and engagement

Your mentorship ensures the club doesn’t just survive—it thrives.

✨ And here’s a bonus: Serving as a Club Sponsor or Mentor for a minimum of six (6) months, count towards your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award—the highest recognition in Toastmasters. It’s a meaningful step on your journey to excellence.

  • 培养卓越与投入的分会文化
