When and where is the conference?
The District 102 Annual Conference 2027 (ECHO) takes place from 21 to 23 May 2027 at Hotel Royale Chulan Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Who can attend?
The conference is open to all Toastmasters members and guests who are interested in public speaking, leadership and networking.
How do I register?
Register online through our official registration form at bit.ly/ECHO27, or scan the QR code on our posters.
How much are the tickets?
Early Bird prices: Ticket Only (non-residential) RM484 per person; Residential Twin (3 days 2 nights) RM884 per person; Residential Single (3 days 2 nights) RM1,084 per person.
When does the Early Bird offer end?
Early Bird closes on 31 October 2026 or when the first 102 members have registered, whichever comes first. Regular prices apply after that.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is included only in the Residential packages (twin or single room, 3 days 2 nights at Hotel Royale Chulan Seremban). The Ticket Only package does not include accommodation.
Will there be contests?
Yes. The conference will host the District 102 contest finals, including the International Speech, Humorous Speech, Table Topics and Evaluation contests.
Who are the keynote speakers?
The keynote speakers and full programme will be announced soon. Follow our official Facebook page for updates.
What is the dress code?
Dress codes for the day sessions and themed evenings will be announced closer to the event.
Will photos and videos be taken?
Yes. The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
