We tackled one of the most overlooked gaps in communication: the journey from listing what something has to articulating what it does for the person in front of you. A seasoned trainer and our club president Charles Tan, DTM walked participants through the Feature-Benefit-Value framework with vivid examples spanning cars, condos, medical insurance, and even parenting. The session also explored the 3A objection-handling method, turning pushback into productive dialogue by acknowledging, asking, and then answering with purpose. Say less about what it is.
